Shipping and Delivery

  • All of our products are handmade, so each order is carefully prepared before shipping. This means processing times may vary slightly.
  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Standard Shipping takes 3–7 business days.
  • Standard shipping is FREE for orders over $70.
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
  • We primarily use USPS US deliveries.

 

Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must:

    • Be unused and in the same condition you received it
    • Be in original packaging
    • Include proof of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Visit our online return portal.
  2. Follow the guided steps — you'll see the exact return shipping fee before you confirm.
  3. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how to return your item.
    Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

Please Note

  • The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. The exact amount is shown during the return process.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot refund shipping charges.
